Cindy Croft: CICC Executive Director - email
Cindy Croft is the Executive Director of the Center for Inclusive Child Care and also serves as faculty in the early childhood education department at Concordia University. She is field faculty at the University of Minnesota’s Center for Early Education and Development and has authored books and numerous articles on inclusion, guidance, and children’s mental health. She has been teaching adults for over 14 years.
Priscilla Weigel: CICC Assistant Director - email
Priscilla Weigel has worked with young children and families for more than 30 years. She has been a classroom teacher, staff development coordinator, mentor teacher, Early Childhood Consultant and Inclusion Coach. Priscilla currently works as the Inclusion Supports Coordinator for the Center for Inclusive Child Care. In addition to successfully including and supporting children with special needs in community settings, Priscilla presents to teachers, parents and early care and education professionals throughout Minnesota.
Dea Anderson: CICC Learning Resources Coordinator - email
Dea Anderson is the Learning Resources Coordinator with Center for Inclusive Child Care. Dea has worked in the field of early childhood care and education for over 30 years. She has been a classroom teacher, assistant director, trainer, coach and consultant
Dea attended Mankato State University in Mankato, Minnesota where she received a Bachelor of Science Teaching Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Early Childhood Education. She also attended the University of Minnesota completing the Licensure Program in Early Childhood Special Education. In January 2014, Dea graduated from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota with a Master’s of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy with an emphasis in Play Therapy. Dea also completed the requirements for MAIECMH (Minnesota Association for Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health) endorsement and is now IMH-E (II).
